PRODUKCJA:  Maceracja przebiega w obecności skórek przez 6-7 dni, fermentacja w kontrolowanej temperaturze. Leżakowanie w cementowych i stalowych kadziach a następnie 2-3 miesiącew butelkach dla udoskonalenia smaku. /  PRODUCTION: Maceration with skins for 6/7 days, fermentation at controlled temperature. Ageing in cement and steel tanks followed by 2/3 months in the bottle for refinement.

NUTY SMAKOWE: Kolor: rubinowy czerwony z refleksami fioletu. Bukiet: intensywny z nutami czerwonych owoców z aromatami roślinnymi. Smak: wytrawny, okrągły z dobrą strukturą i długotrwały.  /  TASTING NOTES: : Colour: Ruby red with purple reflections. BOUQUET: Intense, with notes of red fruits and vegetals. Taste: dry, rounded, with long persistence and good structure.
