PRODUCTION: Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controller temperature. Ageing lasts until February approximately, and the wine stays at 10°C approximately during all that period to preserve its aromas.
TASTING NOTES: COLOUR Bright yellow with brilliant golden hues, BOUQUET Intense and rich. Yellow flowers and ripe fruits. Clear mineral notes, TASTE Good persistence and elegant body, has an intense note of ripe fruit. This wine is a successful combination of fresh and tangy characteristics which harmonically blend into the round and soft taste. The combination of its peculiar characteristics, its broad and well-balanced taste and an unusual elegance, make this wine charming even for the most demanding palates.

QUERCIANTICA - VERDICCHIO DEI CASTELLI DI JESI CLASSICO DOC

PRODUCTION: Verdicchio is made from grapes which are handpicked when they are slightly over ripe. After soft pressing, the must is channelled into cooling containers and brought to 5°C for static decanting. Then it is transferred into steel tanks, and is vinified at controlled temperature to preserve its aromas. The wine matures in steel containers, at controller temperature, until sterile bottling.
TASTING NOTES: COLOUR Bright straw yellow with greenish hues, BOUQUET Intense and rich, floral and pleasantly fruity, with vegetal notes of aromatic herbs, TASTE Balanced, persistent, full and savoury, with a pleasant slightly bitter finish.

PRODUCTION: Only the best clusters are carefully selected to make this wine. Soft crushing of the grapes is immediately followed by a drop in temperature to favour decanting and removal of the floating substances in the must. Fermentation takes place in temperature controlled steel vats between 13 and 15°C and the wine is left ageing until February of the year following the harvest, in thermo-controlled steel vats providing a constant temperature of about 10°C in order to preserve the aromas.
TASTING NOTES: COLOUR: Bright yellow with pale golden hues.BOUQUET: Strong full-bodied floral hints of linden and hawthorn with an overall roundness. Wide fruity notes of crispy pome fruits, especially of pear, citron and ripe grapefruit, complete the elegant, fresh and enthralling aromas of this wine that invites to drink more and more.TASTE: Fresh and smartly tangy, this wine is enthralling and dynamic like sea breeze. It fills your mouth with the typical pome fruits of this grape variety.

PRODUCTION: fermentation In small steel tanks at controlled temperature to better preserve the grape’s aromas. The must starts fermenting with wild yeast, and only once it has developed 4-5% volume in alcohol further selected yeasts are added. When fermentation is completed, the wine is let to stay in stainless steel vats at very low temperatures (approx. 10°C), and fine lees are pumped over every three/five days to enhance the smoothness of this wine.
TASTING NOTES: COLOUR Clear, straw yellow with bright golden hues. BOUQUET Fine and elegant nose, scents of yellow ripe fruits. Yellow flowers among which broom is clearly recognizable. Sage and thyme hints complete the bouquet, with a fascinating mineral finish.TASTE The perfect ageing of the grapes is the highest potential of this wine on the palate: well balanced, smooth and fresh at first, followed by a pleasant texture and flavour enhancer. The great structure and pleasant minerality makes this wine fresh and involving.
