Jasci family has been producing wine since three generations, focusing all efforts on the pursuit of the absolute quality of every bottle.
A passion for wine that was born with grandfather Pasquale and his wife Maria in the '60s, growing over the years thanks to his son Giuseppe and his wife Irma, who gave the historic turn of the organicin 1980, handed down since the early '90s to Donatello Jasci and his wife Piera, who lead the company with the help and participation of their predecessors who still bring experience and wisdom.
.
After years of dedication and work, Jasci vines are the strong and unbreakable bond between the Vastese land, in Abruzzo, and this family, who has always been rewarded for the efforts made with excellent results.
The main Jasci vines are Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, Trebbiano, Pecorino, Chardonnay, Cabernet. Each of them benefits from significant advantages that guarantee ideal oenological characteristics: altitude between 100 and 200 meters, medium-textured soils with a light presence of clay, exposure to
south-east, non-irrigated vineyards.
Organic as fundamental value.
Jasci was among the first wineries in Italy to produce organic: a choice of life even before a choice of production, a process that began already in 1980 when there was no real market for this type of wines.
Producing organic wines means excluding in every step of the production synthetic chemical products, but first of all it means quality of life and the rediscovery of fundamental values such as authenticity, sincerity and tradition.
Organic is now synonymous with oenological excellence, an authentic guarantee for great wine's lovers. That is why Jasci exclusively invests in this direction, carrying on along the way already undertaken with foresight in 1980.
