TASTING NOTES: COLOUR Brilliant ruby red. BOUQUET Fresh, floral with scents of red fruits, strawberry and plum. TASTE Fresh, dry and velvety flavour, rightly tannic, tangy and full-bodied. It has a well-orchestrated and pleasant fruity finish.

PRODUCTION: Maceration on the skins for 8-10 days below 26°C in order to preserve the intense and characteristic depth of the fruit. The malolactic fermentation follows immediately the alcoholic (the 20% of the Sangiovese malolactic fermentation is carried out in barrels) and the early bottling aims at capturing all the freshness of this wine.
TASTING NOTES: Colour: Very intense ruby red, with vivid purple reflections. Bouquet: Intense, complex and fruity, with scents of wild berries and cherries combined with the species and vanilla notes originating from the oak. Palate: Full, fresh and persistent with soft and pleasant tannins. Long, sapid and fruity aftertaste.

TASTING NOTES: COLOUR: Intense ruby red with purple hues. BOUQUET: Uniquely rich of aromas. Intense, pleasant fruity scents of strawberries and morello cherries and floral scents of violet and rose blossoms. TASTE: Velvety mouthfeel, slightly tannic and with light herbal hints, perfectly balanced with the nose.

PRODUCTION: Fermentation on grape skins for about 10 - 12 days at controlled temperature below 28° C in shallow, wide steel tanks (150 hl), in order to obtain delicate tannin and colour extraction. Ageing takes place in the historic cellar of Col d’Orcia, few months in the oak barrels from Slavonia and Allier oak, the same used for Brunello Regular and for the Brunello Riserva followed by about 4 months in the bottle for refinement.
TASTING NOTES: Colour: Intense ruby red. Bouquet: Strong rich and lasting with hints of ripe fruits and aromas originating from the oak. Palate: Good structure full and elegant. The soft tannins are perfectly balanced with the acidity. Long, pleasant and sapid aftertaste.

TASTING NOTES: Colour: Deep ruby red with violet hues. Bouquet: Fruity, ample and complex with typical notes of red ripe fruits combined with the oak scents originated by ageing in barrels. Palate: Pleasant and well balanced, it has a good structure. The soft tannins lead to a sapid, fruity and persistent aftertaste.

PRODUCTION: After destemming, grapes are channelled into 100hl steel fermenting vats, equipped with a programmable pump over system (to achieve best colour extraction results and softness of the wine) and temperature control system. Maceration on skins lasts about 28 days. After fermentation the wine is drawn off into new barriques from selected French cooperages and left aging for about 18 months.
TASTING NOTES: COLOUR Ruby with garnet red shades. BOUQUET Intense, with remarkable juicy red fruits hints. Floral bouquet of very fresh violets, with dark spices hints. Elegant vanilla notes complete its complex bouquet. TASTE Persistent, warm, full-bodied and well-orchestrated, it delivers the same notes to the palate as to the nose. A distinguished and equally charismatic wine.

BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO DOCG

PRODUCTION: Fermentation on the skins for about 18-20 days, at controlled temperature below 28° C. in 150 hl wide and shallow stainless steel tanks, designed and built in order to extract tannins and colour efficiently but delicately. Ageing 4 years, 3 of which in 25-50 and 75 hl oak casks from Slavonia and Allier followed by at least 12 months of refinement in bottles placed in storage at controlled temperature.
TASTING NOTES: Colour: Ruby with violet hues. Bouquet: Intense, full-bodied and elegant with fruity notes of ripe blackberry and raspberry typical of Sangiovese. Well combined with the species and with the woody scents originating from the long ageing in the barrels. Palate: Highly structured wine, full and persistent. The ripe soft tannins are perfectly balanced with the acidity, long pleasant and sapid aftertaste.
